In one of the most competitive retail categories in North America, Go! Solutions was up against 20+ established players with exponentially larger budgets and deeper brand recognition. The challenge wasn’t just building awareness, it was bridging the gap between digital reach and real purchase intent at the shelf, without the media spend the category leaders could lean on.
Since outspending the competition was off the table, we focused on outsmarting them. Major Tom deployed a full-funnel media strategy anchored in Connected TV, using verified Dog and Cat Owner audiences to establish brand discovery at scale. Premium CTV placements delivered 15- and 30-second video assets tailored to linguistic and cultural nuances across key urban markets, putting Go! Solutions in front of the right pet parents in the highest-impact viewing environment possible.
To move that awareness toward conversion, we paired CTV with Meta and Google Demand Gen. Meta bridged top-of-funnel video storytelling to mid-funnel consideration, while Google Demand Gen was dedicated to remarketing high-intent audiences and driving them to retail. Creative testing revealed that lifestyle imagery featuring people with their pets consistently outperformed product-only shots, so we leaned into a data-backed creative approach that put the emotional connection front and center throughout the campaign.
